Eric is a coach, athlete, author, and educator. A trainer since the early 2000’s, he’s worked in the US Air force, commercial gyms, private training studios, medical fitness and strength and conditioning facilities. I’m conducting a study at the moment comparing strength, hypertrophy, and stress levels in two groups of trained males (minimum 2 years lifting experience, minimum strength of 1.25x bodyweight bench press, and 1.5x bodyweight squat) following protocols only differentiated by how load is prescribed.
Not content to take other expert’s word for it, Eric desired answers so voraciously, that he did what any good scientist does… he became obsessed and crazy enough to do his own original real research. I can’t recommend these books highly enough.
